Queue Send to port/Use Transport on Output not working in 2019, works 2018

Hello,

In doing tutorial AGV Tutorial 4 I encountered a problem with the Queues connected to upper floor Location CPs, in that the flow items get created but just sit there and are never picked up by an AGV.

The AGVs are on the loop as they correctly drop off other items at the sinks on those floors. When I put a Processor in between a Queue and the Location CP, it works. When I looked at the details of the flow items, it seems the only label that gets assigned is the LoadType on item creation; the 3 labels normally assigned on Output when the item is assigned to the AGVWork list are never assigned.

I couldn't see what I had done wrong (always my first assumption...) but then I loaded the simulation in 2018 and it worked perfectly. Included here is my model of the tutorial including the Processor I added on one of the Queues on an upper floor to check my logic.

Thank you!

Hi, @Charles E, I believe that there is a possible bug. You can confirm this, if you load the working model of version 18 into version 19. Please inform us. Thanks.

Hi @Jörg Vogel,

Confirmed: I opened the model in 2018 (where it complains about AGV and Process Flow libraries being more recent), saved it as a new model, then opened that new model in 2019, and the same thing happens: AGVs will not pick up Flow Items when Queues are connected directly to CPs, but will pick them up just fine when a Processor is put between the Queue and the CP.

Thanks

This is a bug with the Create Object activity assigning its labels too late. It will be fixed in 19.0.1.
