While I was applying experimenter tutorial, I have applied all steps mentioned in the manual. But I had different results. How could I get the same results ?

Are you talking about the red and green bars being different?
You need to make two changes. First, you need to set the Source and both Processors to Use Transport. You also need to disconnect the operator from the Dispatcher (using the "w" key) to break the center port connection, and reconnect it (using the "a" connection). You can know if you did it right if the operator carries the boxes whenever they need to move.
