Food Delivery Model: How to keep track of a patient's order and meal?

Hi there, I am working on a model where food is ordered, prepared, and delivered to patients. I am a FlexSim novice user. I have attached the model. I am looking to hear from anyone who has worked on a Food Delivery model before. Specifically, right now I am trying to understand how I will link orders (items) to certain patients. Any help is appreciated... thank you.

These kinds of models are pretty tricky to do. I've updated your model to get most of the behavior I think you're looking for. The meals aren't actually being transported, but the staff moves the food cart over when the meal is ready and brings the cart to the correct patient.

Models like this should be much easier to do in FlexSim HC 2019.
