Network Connection is asking for an incorrect node. Why?

I have two transporters. One to deliver to Vials Cold Storage and one to pick up. My first transporter makes it to NN68 but then a message appears "Transporter cannot get to path NN51". Those paths are not connected. Why is it looking for that node? I have the same issue elsewhere in my SIM. it looks for a node that is close to but not directly connected. Why?

It's hard to say without being able to look at your model. Can you attach it?

Here is my Model. The issue signal when the transporter delivers the material to the Queue named "Vial Cold Storage". The same issue occurs at the Queue named "Vial Stage Supermarket". The transporter tries to get from NN24 to NN27. I have to move over the Queue to stop the error message.

I do not know why FlexSim didn't use Preferred and Mandatory Paths with Traffic Control and Non-Passing possibility. network-connection-issue.fsm

Transporter Vial Out is using the setting "Use Navigator for offset travel". This makes the transporter travel along the network to the network node closest to the Vial Cold Storage queue when dropping off an item. In this case it travels to NN68 and then in the Unload task it tries to travel to the closest node, NN 51.

My guess is that you don't really want to use that setting. You probably want to use either the "Do not travel offsets for load/unload tasks" or "Travel offsets for load/unload tasks".
