Changing State to Processing while at processor

flexmodel-tracking-equipment-setup-by-operator.fsm I have been trying to track the states of multiple operators (group) while working on machines. I have a staff member travel to a processor and then have a waiting time to simulate working on the machine (machine setup). I have tried to find a way to track that working state but even when I use the staff processing block and change the person1 state to processing the pie graph does not track that as processing. It calls it idle. I am confused as to what I am doing wrong.

The Process activity sets states on the HC states profile and is meant to be used with the healthcare specific dashboards.

Since you're using the general operator dashboards and not building a healthcare model you should not be setting the HC states. You just want to set the operator's standard state. You can do this with the Delay task activity in the Task Sequences section of the library. Here's your updated model:

processing.fsm

processing.fsm (54.2 KiB)
