Is there an update available for Flexsim lmtools/lmgrd?

The version Flexnet Publisher included with the license server for Flexsim we have is 11.14.0.1. This has been flagged as issue by our security team and they have asked if it is possible to update to 11.16.2. Is this possible?

Hi @Dan W3,

FlexNet is usually pretty good at being backwards compatible.

While we haven't tested with newer versions of Publisher, I suspect there will not be any problems.

Thanks for the quick reply @Ben Wilson. I don't think the updated lmgrd/lmtool exes are publically available. I have only ever obtained the exe's as part of license manager install. Is this something I can obtain via FlexSim?

I've added the latest lmtools and lmgrd (version 11.16.4.0) into this download archive:

@Ben Wilson I have replaced the files manually with the files you supplied for flexsim/lmgrd/lmtools and restarted service. Everything seems to be working with the new version. Thanks for your help
