Necesito completar en orden un rack de 4 niveles con 5 bahías de capacidad de celda, ordenado bien hasta cierta parte y luego todos en una sola celda hasta que se encuentra con el tope, pero algunas celdas permanecen vacías, ajuste el número de elementos por celda a "2" donde los parámetros de capacidad de celda deben ser los mismos en Place in Bay y Place in Level. si alguien me ayuda directamente.

I apologize that this question has not been looked at sooner. In your question, it sounds as though you want a rack that has 4 levels and 5 bays. If that's the case, I would just change the settings under the "Size Table" tab in the Rack Properties to reflect those requirements:
