How to setting conveyor that previously boxes arrive at end of multiple straight conveyors then order final conveyor to stop around 5 second for waiting boxes arrive to final conveyor together and move on.

It appears that you've customized these conveyors quite a bit, which makes it difficult for the conveyors to perform with the default connections. I suggest adding transfer points on the merging conveyor by using A-Connects. This will help the conveyors behave like they should. I've done this in an updated version of your model. Hopefully this helps.
At first I want to set multiple boxes in a conveyor but it can separate 1 box per conveyor easily. Then I try to drag position of conveyors and they're unequal because I cannot enter values of x-y axis, 2 conveyors will overlap together. As you can see my job.
