Is there a way to use a transport operator for items leaving only certain output ports of a processor? I would like to use a transport operator for items leaving only from output port 1 but not from other output ports.

You could use process flow, and move the objects that are going to leave from other ports.
You could also send the items to two different queues. In these queues, one would use a processor and the other would not. You could even put them on top of each other if you are worried about visuals.
Someone may have a better solution than me though.
