Hi @Vitor L,
You should be able to uninstall the program just like any other application using System Settings > Add or Remove Programs.
Have you tried this?
Also, FlexSim 2020 includes FlexSim HC. The two softwares have been combined into one. Perhaps this is causing some confusion. What are you hoping to install?
Hi @taner.p
Thanks for your notification. The problem is if I have 3000 students in EaD Education and is more difficult to know what is the technical problem that each is facing and what type of equipment they are using. I made a video with the uninstallation through the system settings and I hope to reduce the difficulties they are facing with the 2020 version. I am also sending them a link with the 2018 version that normally adapts to older equipment and Windows 7.
Thank you for your support.
@Lau VH2, perhaps you introduce a complete different approach for such a case. There are procedures in the Windows System that resets the system to a state before a program is installed. Your students prepare their systems to use such a procedure, then they install FlexSim, do their exercises, and then they reset their system back to the stored state.
Maybe and that is a total different approach, too, you set up the basic exercise to run inside FlexSim Webserver. Then the students do these basics in an internet browser.
Another approach comes with reduced functionality. The students install the program with the msi installation files. The emulation of OPC is missing, but the mechanism to repair and uninstall depends only on the msi-file alone. One can force the uninstall procedure from the command line, even if the built in procedure failed.

@Jörg Vogel, Ok thank you for your important comment. greetings
