How can I port an object with textures from 3DS Max to Flexsim?

Textures don't show on the object once imported. i have 3DS Max and I've tried exporting the object as an obj, fbx and ase2 checking everything to show the textures from the export boxes with no results in Flexsim. The objects show the textures in other programs though. i could use some help.

The obj file you attached is missing its material file. The material definitions for this shape are defined in a file called 2.mtl. Without that file, I can't tell you why your textures are missing. The texture paths will be defined in that material file.

We can't tell you why the other formats aren't showing their textures either unless you attach the files.
