Make taskexecuter speeds gray in quick properties if it is an AGV

Hi,

In 20.1 the speeds in the GUI of the task executer are made gray, if the task executer is connected to the AGV network. This is a nice new feature that helps customers understand where they should change the speeds of the AGV. It makes directly clear that the speeds in the GUI are not used:

It would however also be very useful if this is also done in the quick properties of the task executer:

Otherwise we still see some confusion with customers regarding the speeds for AGVs.
