Why is it necessary to specify the exact shared asset ?

Hi,

In the model attached, I would like two cases
Case 1: I want to pull a blue gurney
Case 2: I want to pull a green gurney

Question 1
Why is it necessary to specify the exact shared asset during the release, when it is the same "Transport" list ?

The only difference is in the request made during the pull. Does the shared asset "gurney [...]" create a "internal list" with the Group "filter" and the color filter ?

My personal remedy is to release resource by case

Question 2
Why during the move equipment to shape19 the staff does not drop the gurney to shape 19?

Thanks for the answers

Question 2 : I understood. It's because in the subflow "On Release" of the gurney, there is a move equipment activity where the destination is "Equipment's Reset Position" by default. It could be great to have the option in the release activity to select if we need or not return the equipment.

@Nicolas M6 in answer to your Question 1, all you need to do is change the value of the Transport Resource box in Release all gurneys. Right now you're trying to have it specify which Resource to use using the Resource By Case option, but if you select the option Last Acquired from the drop down, then it will release whichever resource is on the associated token label.

For question 2, all you need to do is go to the 3D view and click on the gurney or piece of equipment that you don't want to return, and then in quick properties change the Return Condition to 0 or specify some other condition (ie a token label value).
