How do I resolve the many error messages in the attached model?

I am working on a model that @Brittany Evans helped me with here. My problems occur in the Acquire RN activity in the Calls Process Flows and in the Statistics Collectors WaitTime. Just when I thought I was beginning to understand statistics collectors.

As usual, help will be appreciated..

Hi @Tee Hiett,

The main issue is you have a period after token on your "Acquire RN" activity:

You then have an error in your statistics collector which is listening to the token entry on your delay. What are you trying to listen to?
