Production Planning

Dear Community

I am not sure on how to trigger a production planning production, so that depending on what the customer orders, different objects are made within the same machines / processes.
Here is an example:

1 CB = CarBatch

27x Car Units are needed to make 1 CB.

These Car Units can be made of different Motor and Tire sizes - depending on what the customer orders.

Here is an example of what the processes look like for the tires:

Now, how can I trigger the production according to the customers wishes?
1 CB can be made of 27x different car units - depending on what the customer wants...

Thanks in advance!

@Dominik K This smells like a school project, so I definitively not going to give you a solution ;-)

Tip: Look at processflow and use lists for your materials

or if you keep working in 3D only look at the combiner object

@Dominik K This is how I picture your question. Car Batches are created at a given rate. The Batch is built by splitting into 27 car units and having each of the 27 decide what type they are. Each of those 27 could go through a separate process. When the batch is complete, the CB is notified. I didn't take the time to actually fill out everything in this model or give each type a different set of process steps, but that is the easy part.
