Where can I find the function "Move item via AGV" in version 20.1.2.

Hello,

I'm trying to simulate a process with AGV module and I can't find the "AGV: Move item via AGV" function in the Queue.

In the 2019 version, this function was found in the "Flow" tab > "Use transport"

Where can I find it in the current version? (20.1.2)

Thank you!

Someone may correct me if I'm wrong in saying this, but I believe that the function to which you're referring has been replaced by the default AGV Process Flow. Have you used this feature before?

In the AGV Process Flow, items to be transported are pushed to a list and then pull in the Process Flow by tokens representing each AGV. This is a more robust method for programming AGVs and I think FlexSim is moving away from hard coding all the AGV logic in 3D. Again, I might be wrong, but I highly recommend using the AGV Process Flow template. It's relatively easy to set up and it has instructions and explanations in the Process Flow as shown below. Let us know if you have questions about setting this up. Hope this is helpful. Maybe a developer familiar with AGVs can expound on why the 3D object pick-list option is no longer available. @anthony.johnson @phil.bobo
