Process Flow Task Sequence

I am trying to make my operator run to Processor2 > Machine > MultiProcessor > Rack and follow the same logic with Processor3 and Processor4. Instead, my operator is taking the objects off of Processor3 and Processor4 and putting them onto the rack first before moving them back to the Machine & MultiProcessor. How can I fix that logic?

Your Third and Fourth Process Sub-Flows are only creating 1 token:

Change this to match the previous "Run Sub-Flow":
