Colors not showing on external 3D Objects?

Hi,

we have a model in which we are using external .obj files for visualization of some objects.

If we open the model in the computer where it was built, the objects appear correctly with their colors, however, if the model is opened in another computer (we have tried several with different graphic cards), the objects appear without any colors.

I have tried reloading media, changing the graphics settings. Embed media is enabled in the model

Any ideas on the reasons or how to solve this?

Obj files store their materials in a separate mtl file. That file isn’t being packed into the model with the rest of the media files. I’ve fixed this bug for the next bugfix release.

20.1.3 with this bug fixed is available now. You should be able to open the model in 20.1.3 and re-save to pack the mtl media files correctly now.
