How to create 2rd floor in model Flexsim Health Care

To get the elevator to work with the A* navigator, you will need to have multiple A* grids (one navigator, multiple grids). Read this part of the user manual and see if you can learn what needs to be done:

jo @Pongsakorn S I've attached a model that illustrates how to have the patient move to 2nd floor using the elevator. Hope this helps.
