Is it possible to retun a license directly from my account ? without opening Flexsim on the other machine where it was first activated ?

A FlexSim license can only be returned from the computer where it was activated.
If that is not possible, if the computer has been lost, stolen, broken, decommissioned, etc, please reach out to your local FlexSim distributor to explain the situation. They will look at such issues on a case-by-case basis.
