AGV only Travel Empty after roughly 70000 seconds

Wafer In + Wafer Saw.fsm

I am simulating a production line integrated with AGV scenario, which I connected accordingly. My AGV was working well at the beginning, but after running roughly at 70000 seconds, these AGV started to only travel empty and not loading and unloading things to destination. I was using process flow AGV instead of dipatcher.

@YANG W2,

I took a look at your model and I found that the AGVs didn't have any battery left around 60000 seconds. Their battery levels were 0.00. This made them search for a parking point to recharge. I found this peculiar, because most people tell the AGVs to recharge before the battery is 0.00. I looked around and found that your Process Flow Variables that tell an AGV when to recharge were missing somehow! I'm not sure if you deleted them intentionally or not. Either way, I added them back in and the model works much better! You can choose the values that you want the AGVs to use to recharge and resume working. I put in some arbitrary ones for testing and it worked.

I recommend adding them back. If you click a blank space in Process Flow, you can access "More Properties" and then add the variables as shown:

I hope this helps solve the issues you're experiencing.
