I have a group of operators who receive a signal when a truck arrives. They go to unload it but at the same time another truck arrives and they begin to unload both at the same time. How do I get them to unload one truck at a time.

I created a Process flow that handles how the Trucks are unloaded. I kept the connections between the objects in the model but I closed the output port so the Process Flow could control when a pallet and boxes are moved. The Process Flow also separates the pallet from the boxes to the separators act more like a queue currently.
Please carefully review the Process Flow. There are several things to learn that will be very helpful to you in creating models.
Every time I run your model it stops running smoothly at 150.74 which is not long to test out the new process flow. Please review the number of flow items you are inputting into your model.
