TE overtaking another TE

I want to control TE with ProcessFlow. The first one travels to A and stops. While the first remains at A, I want to make second TE to travel to B. However I can not seem to make the second one overtake. How can I accomplish this?

This post shows a method of redirecting when the allocation to a CP isn't successful. You could replace the lookforwork connections I used with centreport connections or another referencing method.
