how to create different quantities of a product in a source

I need a source to create a distribution of products, that is, I do not need a product to be created at the same time, but different amounts. I have a distribution of the quantities, how can I make that happen in the source or in some other place. Greetings, help please. If you can send a model, with an example, it would help a lot

Hi @Ismael R3,

You can have an interarrival time source that produces variable quantities by combining a source with a separator.

If you have the separator immediately after the source, and set the process time to 0, and split the item into the quantity of items desired, whether according to a distribution, a table, or whatever, then you've effectively achieved your desired outcome.

Please see the attached sample model.

Hi @ Ismael R3 ArrivalSchedule.fsm Please refer the attached sample model

You can do it in the Source. You have to create "Arrival Style : Arrival Schedule" and use "edit table" to create arrival schedule with different time, quantity and labels also if required.

Hi Ismael,

I guess you can use the option "Values by case" in the inter-arrival option on the Source tab. Then, you can set different statistical distributions. I hope it workis.

Best regards,
Lucas
