My split in Separator is not working

Hello guys,

I have 4 item types and these after process in the Separator split in different quantity by item type to Queue 1 and Queue 3, but after queue 3 reaches maximum content, split stop working and no more flowitems go on queue 1.

I dont know how to resolve this problem.

On the flexsim file attached juts the first flowitems is splitted and subsequent flowitems dont split.

It is behavior how a material flow must work. A none leaving item is blocking the process. You must make the blocking item leaving the separator to another object.

splitt_error_byPass.fsm

The queue is blocking the output of the Separator. You can increase its capacity or add another queue as an bypass.
