Adding more operators after x amount of days

I have a production model that will gradually increase the number of products given/made over the course of the year, so in the beginning I may only need 5 people to build 10 products. But by month two I am building 45 products and may need 20 people. Is there a way to represent that in the 3D Model?

there are some stations in the model that must be manned all the time even if they are not involved during the process time. There are other stations that one person would man 3 because of the offset time between all 3. I currently have each processor/combiner calling for a specific operator and am not sure how to change it so it will call a different person after X days.

If you use a dispatcher you can have the team of 20 connected to that with some of them starting in a stopped state and resuming later in the run.

You can set the states in the date-based timetable/calendar or use some other process to resume them eg. process flow.
