error during simulation

Hello everyone, I have done this simulation but I don't know where the error is or if the error is in the process flow, could you help me with my problem, thank you very much. I attach my modelintento2.fsm

You need to make the Picking1 floor storage high enough to take the pallet (4.5 metres?). It's kind of saying the ceiling is at the z height - it's not without restriction.

The height of each drawer is 15 cm. 30 drawers are stacked, by placing 4.5 m, the rest of the boxes are only stacked on top. Is that why the error appears?

No, it's because the height of the pallet you're trying to store is 4.5metres which exceeds the slot height.

How can I resolve the error? try resizing but keep getting that error. I also changed the option of fixed resources but now no pallet enters my, could you help me please? or what do you recommend?
