the Excel import error

Hello,

I am working on a model, and since last week I suddenly got the below error on importing excel. Anyone knows how can I solve this problem?

My Excel, Flexsim, and windows versions are:

The Excel file and Flexsim simulation are also in the same folder. It would be great if anyone can help me with this problem.

Hey Ralf,

Thanks for the answers, I have mentioned a zip file, it was an empty model with just import excel and I had the error also there. I have read other similar in the forum and it seems that in this case excel blocks the Flexsims access, so the problem is not from the Flexsim side. Finally, I uninstalled and reinstalled my office, and the problem is solved. But it's not a wise solution and needs several hours. I think it still would be great if anyone can mention an easier solution, although my problem solved.
