Do these errors appear when starting the software by choosing the program from the Windows menu (without opening a model), or only when double clicking a model file?
You may want to check out our article on startup and installation issues. If FlexSim is showing errors immediately upon starting without actually opening or double-clicking a model file, there could be something wrong with your installation.

Olá tudo bem? Esse erro aparece no momento em que abro o software, sem abrir nenhum modelo, mas ao abrir um modelo também recebo essa mensagem. Já desinstalei e instalei duas vezes, e continua com o mesmo problema.
