I have this model test3.fsm and it has 6 orders. I want to generate picking times according to distribution how can i do this; If someone knows something please help me.

It looks like this question may be part of a homework assignment or academic project. You can put a distribution in for the source time.
If you need the 6 orders arriving at different times then you need to create multiple arrivals.
