Resume item based on number of items on conveyor

I use a PE to stop items with trigger "On Block" when there are more than 4 items on this conveyor in total, and it works well. But the item never resumes. I want to know how item resumes to go continue when there are less than 4 items on conveyor.

You should use Area Restriction with a maximum of 3. Thereare tutorial in the manual:
