How to combine multiple lines of conveyor into one?

In the attached simulation you can see there are (6) sources that all feed items onto two lanes that then come together to go to outbound. There are three issues that I have found with the execution:

1) The _B_Rear lane will get backed up because it is blocked off, so I think it needs to get set up for a first come first serve situation but I'm not sure how to do that.

2) The elevators in the center rotate the items when they enter, but they need to keep their orientation through the system until the rotate in the center two conveyors. Is there a way to force orientation to maintain through the elevators?

3) When there are multiple items waiting for the rotate decision points there needs to be some first come first serve, but additionally some pallets will cause an error to throw and then the pallets will continue through the decision points without stopping to rotate.

These options look like they will work, but I can't figure out how to get the TurnTable into the model I am working on. I've tried to follow how to get the task executor to change visual into this by following a couple of different methods but the task executor is not functioning like it is in this model.

I made a sample model to move the items into one conveyor at the cross conveyor using area restriction with rotation.

This is not using process flow and it's very simple logic.
