Good Morning,

I'm getting a strange error when I attempt to select a node on my MAIN tree:

exception: double treewin__drawstart__(HWND hWnd, TreeNode *thetree, double startx, double starty, TreeWin * t)

ex: drawstart default

I have no idea where to begin looking to resolve this error. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Please start with the suggestions in these articles:

From the graphics article, first try #3 update your graphics driver. There is a good chance this may clear up your issue.

Let us know the results after trying that and, if necessary, the other suggestions.

reinstalling FlexSim (number 6 on FlexSim installation or Startup error) resolved the issue.
