Movement of Flow Items to Totes

Attached is a simple model that I want to understand a few key things.

Currently a tote gets to the station and the operator moves a box from the tote to the queue. How would i move the three boxes from the first tote and place them in the other tote on the conveyor. I then want the empty tote to go to one queue and the full tote to go to the other queue. Then repeat the process for the next two totes.

I am unsure how to reference a tote not at the station and then how to make the station skip the full box after releasing the empty box.

You can do this using a list. In the attached model, one tote is pushed to a list and it is pulled by the token where the other tote is stored.
