How to set elevator bank start at second floor and transport gurney to first floor?
In the model below, gurney and patient go to destination directly. how can I solve this problem by using elevator bank?

The main thing you're missing is that the staff members need to be added to the A* navigator. You can see it working in the attached model.
If you want the elevator to start on the 2nd floor you can use the Elevator.moveToFloor() method to tell the elevator to move to the 2nd floor right at the beginning of the model. You can also see this in the attached model in the Arrivals flow.
