How to set the animation of the component for sorting system

From the video and figure above, I need to design the a sorting system like that. I drew the design by using the Solidwork then import to STL type file for flexsim. Is that possible, to set the component (orange part) open when the object is transferred to location (bin) by following their dimension. It means that the component can open when item is sort to the location and close after the item dropped to location.
