In the sample model attached I`m looking for help on how and where to add logic, So that after the process is finished, the pallet should be released to next station or buffer location only if the next station or buffer location is free.
Also I added a combiner and separator at the start and end of the line as I need to marry the Pallets (Source1) and product (Source2) at start and at end the pallet is routed back to the start.
You can use area restriction to control the item flow on a conveyor. Items can't continue before they acquire the next section. The sections 'belong to' the stations and are released when an item continues to the next.
I also adjusted your model to use station types, instead of each station using a custom type. The process time is read from a label to still allow individual times and the operators are references via center-connections. This way, if you want to change the trigger logic, you only have to do once for each type, instead of for each station.
