Hello All,
Right now, I have a simulation with a loop conveyor that conveys flow items (in this case boxes). At some point in the simulation, the conveyor stops, and all parts of the loop conveyor are in a "blocked" state. I've tried to find ways to keep this from happening, but have had no luck.
Does anyone know what causes a conveyor to get blocked and how to prevent this from happening?

Many things could cause that issue, but one may be caused by a non-accumulating conveyor trying to release a flow item to a port that is not available to receive it. You can check the accumulating toggle in the properties window.
If this doesn't solve your issue you can upload your model to FlexSim's file share site. Include the file name in your question so that we know which upload to reference.
