How could I model demand by exponential distribution ?

Hello,

I would like to model demand by an exponential distribution. However, I don't know how to set the parameters scale and location in flexsim.

I would like to model in the source, that I have a waiting time of 30 days between each arrival. I would like to model this by the exponential distribution. Could anyone help me with that, please? Thank you !

Do you have a sample of interarrival times? You can put them into Expertfit and it will suggest parameters, based on variance and minimum inter-arrival time.

Unfortunately, I don't have this information. I only know that the inter-arrival time on average is 30 days ...

Here's the documentation for the exponential distribution.
