The speed unit is degree per second and the speed is spin-turning.
The related set fields are located in General tab. The fields are 'Create Transfers at Crossings' and 'Turn Around Threshold'.

Regarding the Rotation Speed in the AGV Network, it seems not to be effective in the model. Could you provide a simple example model? I didn’t find any relevance with the "Kiva System Demo Model" you recommended. Could you please provide more guidance? Thank you.
The following model is one where I attempted to observe rotation changes using A* and AGV Network. Adjusting the Rotation Speed did not result in any changes.
Software Version:
You are using a custom kinematic to rotate the task executer which has its own speed setting and is not linked to the rotation setting of the AGV network at all.
That setting influences the speed of automatically added rotations. Whether those happen depends on the Rotation Threshold setting. See the relevant paragraph in the documentation.

The A* navigator has its own rotation settings.
