Rotation speed in AGV Network

Hello, could someone help me by explaining the functionality of Rotation speed in AGV Network? Could you give me an example where I can see its application?

The speed unit is degree per second and the speed is spin-turning.

The related set fields are located in General tab. The fields are 'Create Transfers at Crossings' and 'Turn Around Threshold'.
