UAExpert is just an OPC-UA test client - so there's no concept of FlexSim supporting it, as FlexSim is not a OPC UA server.
You can search the online manual for Kepware to find helpful information. You may wish to use a later version of FlexSim.
UAExpert is a OPC-UA client, and Flexsim's Emulation system can also act as an OPC-UA client, so as long as you can connect to your PLC from UAExpert, then you should be able to connect from Flexsim. UAExpert itself is not involved in the connection at that point.
