So my model involves a decision point in which I an sending items on a conveyor to 3 different processors along the length of the conveyor. I want to know that after my items cross the decision point, is there a way to pull data on which port my items have been assigned or sent to.

You can get an item's current destination in the conveyor system through the following expression (only works if item refers to a flow item on a conveyor):
Object item;
Object destination = item.up.as(Conveyor).itemData[item].destination;
