Flow item too big to enter elevator bank

Hello, I am trying to get my loaded TE to travel to a different floor via A* navigation elevator bank. This works fine if my flow item is regular sized but if it too large such as pallet sized, my TE gets stuck in front of the elevator. I understand the elevator is originally meant for use for peoples flow but was hoping that there is a way to make this work.

I already have tried to modify the x-axis on the properties, tried to toggle the size buttons on the object and referred to the 2 related article without success. Your help is very much appreciated!

You can control how much space/capacity any traveller in the elevator takes up in the properties. You could, for example, set this to 0 so the elevator has unlimited capacity.
