ULD Handling

I have a scenario and how i can do it with process flow.

Below image for Idea, i added.

A = Makeup area where bags are loaded to ULD. baggage are loaded to 1 ULD or 2 ULD at a time. Once around 35 to 40 bags are loaded to ULD it's moved to staging Area (B) and empty ULD is loaded into the queueing area for the remaining bags.

B is the staging area ULD loaded at Area A is stored in this location Once the number of ULD with all the bags are loaded and the time for loading the ULD to flight then the operator will move the ULD to the FLight location Area C.

C Flight location.

Baggage Queue 1 is for 1 flight

Baggage Queue 2 is another flight sometimes and 2 is used for the same flight if the number of bags is high.

ULD 1, 2 3 represent 1 flight

1a, 2a another flight and 1 b 2b etc another flight.

When 6 or 7 ULDs is ready for a particular flight and time for loading the operator tugs the ULD and moves to the respective flight location. How i can attain this scenario?

What are you specifically struggling to map onto FlexSim constructs? You've described the process - do you have an example/test model. If not, that's where you should start and then come back when you have specific questions.

Loading containers and transports is a pretty 'standard' use of FlexSim so if you haven't already, I would suggest doing the online tutorials.

train similar systems are done by objects of AGV object library. Then you have in a kind a rail system, tuggers, trailers.

If you have path free system you do it with an A*Star area. BUT then you must adopt objects of other modules which aren’t made for this. A single trailer can be a wheel chair of people module.
ULD are typically items holding other items. Then you use a pallet or a tote. BUT those items aren’t objects with attribute like maximum content. Your duty will be to control their content in your model yourself by logic.

If you run into problems, then please ask new questions on a more detailed level.
