Flexsim app issue during some installation / Uninstallation

Flexsim query2.PNGPl refer the image. My flexsim 2021 version was working fine. Today I installed 2024 version and Uninstall again for some reason. Then old 2021 version is showing some missing tabs as shown in image

Try re-opening the default workspace or deleting/renaming the prefs.t file in the relevant %APPDATA%/FlexSim folder.
