Assign a number label to each item in the arrival schedule. In the source's On Creation trigger, use the "Visual - Set Color By Case" option to assign a color based on that label. (Or use "Set Object Color" with the expression "Color.byNumber(item.labelName)").
Then use the same label to determine the output connection with the "Port By Case" option in the Send to Port field.
