I have a question that does queue remove flow item from the model in Flexsim?

Per default - no, it doesn’t. You can achieve it by methods destroying objects.

You may not see an item enter a queue since it will try to exit immediately to the next object.

Another reason you might not see the queue's content is if the switch to 'hide content' is enabled in its visual settings.

If you're trying to figure out what's happening, check the content and input/output statistics of the object.
