A star Navigator

I used Astar but it still passes through the rack, why can't I select the red area in the diagram to pass, then the AGV will not pass through the rack, we don't need to put up barriers to avoid this.

in other words, Did the blue zone under the rack can be adjustment to change the agv route.

Thanks!

The rack does not block the cells on its left side bus visually extends quite far into those cells, resulting in the TE clipping through the rack.

You could place a barrier to block those cells and thus have the TE not pass as closely.

Yes, that can place a barrier to block those cells, but if the blue zone can setting in some button, then will be more flexible when it have some many rack in model and I don't need to add barrier one by one to achievement that function, just only input range num to change the size of the blue area all the rack can be setting done in the Astar area. Thanks!

No, sorry, the space blocked by an object is always equal to the area of its bounding volume. And only if that area encompasses the center of an A* cell will it be blocked. (Though it seems an object will always an area at least one cell wide.)

If you want you can post this as an idea to add an A* panel to an object's properties where the blocked area can be customized.
