I used statistics collector to find out the times for items arriving at the final queue.
I want to know how I can calculate the time difference between item at completion and show it on a dashboard.

In your statistics collector, for the QueueIn2 On Entry event uncheck the box that says to "finish involved rows after this event"
Then on the columns tab, create a new column called "Time Delta" (or similar name); this is where the time difference between the On Entry and On Exit events will be stored).
For the Event Value of this new column type:
Model.time - collector.getValue(data.rowNum, 1)
This will subtract the time of the On Exit event from the "Time" column on the same row for the item.
In the Event/Column Connections, update the Time Delta column during the On Exit event.
